Each lesson was written in the simplest way possible without compromising the quality of content and learning. After you finish each important chapter/cluster of lessons, you get to test your knowledge and apply what you've learned right away to ensure that you not only absorb the lessons given, but actually retain them.

You can finish the core program in as little as one week (22 hours at 3 hours/day). Completing the optional third module (7 hours) on advanced automation can also give you an extra edge.
Live sessions are recorded and made available to participants. However, attending live is strongly encouraged to get the most value from discussions, demos, and live Q&A with mentors.
You will gain hands-on experience with the leading AI models shaping modern work. Our foundational training covers ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. As you progress into our advanced operational tracks, the curriculum focuses heavily on Claude's advanced features (like Projects and Artifacts), which requires a Claude Pro subscription. You will also learn how to integrate these AI models with standard workplace tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
For Track A (AI Fundamentals), free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are perfectly fine. However, to complete the advanced workflows in Tracks B and C, you will need an active Claude Pro subscription (currently $20/month). We teach these advanced tracks using Claude Pro because it is the industry standard tool used by our top US and EU partner companies. While Pearl does not provide these accounts, we view this one-time monthly subscription as a direct investment in building a portfolio that will help you land a high-paying global role.
Client endorsement is merit-based. Top performers are identified based on output quality, demonstrated judgement, responsible AI use, and performance in real-world simulations. Endorsement include priority consideration for interviews, referrals, or internships but is not guaranteed.

No prior AI experience is required. The course starts with foundational concepts and builds toward applied, real-world use. Comfort with basic digital tools and EA/VA workflows is helpful but not mandatory.
